the words next to the things/pets and the colour of
the letter D/d . Check comprehension
Step 2: Ask pupils to point to the letter D/d. Have them
listen and repeat the sound of the letter D/d
Step 3: Tell pupils to point to the door and the word door,
Ask them to listen and repeat the word. Then play
the recording again, if necessary, for pupils to do
choral and individual repetition.
